CSR Shijiazhuang Rolling Stock Co., Ltd. (named CSR SRS for short) is a subsidiary of China South Locomotive & Rolling Stock Corporation Limited (named CSR for short), which is a big
state-owned enterprise established by China South Locomotive and Rolling Stock Industry Group Corporation and Beijing Railway Industry Economic and Trade Company.

CSR Shijiazhuang Rolling Stock Co., Ltd., founded in 1905, is located in the downtown of Shijiazhuang, the capital city of Hebei Province and 337 kilometer away from Xingang Port. With more than
4,000 employees, our company is a comprehensive modern enterprise engaged in manufacturing and overhauling railway freight wagons and their components, special wagons, and refrigeration
equipment.

CSR SRS has an annual overhaul capacity of 10,000 railway freight wagons in different types. In 1956, our company began to manufacture open wagons and flat wagons. Now, CSR SRS has the ability to
design and manufacture various special wagons, including D12 depressed center flat wagons, 150T depressed center flat wagons, and 200T flat wagons. At the same time, CSR SRS manufactures various 60T
freight wagons for railway and industrial enterprises, such as C64 series open top wagons, P64 series box wagons, N17series flat wagons, K18 series hopper wagons, and KF60 side dump wagons. In 2008,
our company was approved by Ministry of Railway to manufacture 70T wagons, including NX70 container flat wagons, KM70 hopper wagons, X6K special container flat wagons, and C70 open wagons.

Shijiazhuang King Transportation Equipment Co., Ltd., invested by CSR SRS and Taiwan King Machinery Co., Ltd., is a joint venture with the best facilities and largest production area. Engaged in the
research, production and repair of special heating equipment, transport equipment, electronic apparatus, and refrigerating and ventilating equipment of railway, Shijiazhuang King Transportation
Equipment Co., Ltd. mainly produces refrigerating units and becomes the professional supplier of railway air-conditioning equipment.

CSR SRS has produced a variety of special equipment for measuring, repairing and machining railway wagons and components of locomotives, passenger cars and freight wagons. Our products are
distributed to Korea, South Africa and the European Union.

We have a R&D leading team, who masters advanced core technologies and intellectual property. CAD, CAPP, CAE and PDM are well used in research and development.
